I've been a real estate broker since 2018, working at the crossroads of two worlds: the West Island and Vaudreuil suburbs, and downtown Montreal. That gives me a wide read on the market, which helps whether it's a first home in the suburbs or a condo in the city.
My approach is simple: data, not guesswork. I price on what actually sells, I tell you the why behind it, and I keep you in the loop at every step. You never have to chase me for an answer.
